No third party will have access to your information, unless otherwise agreed – for example if you have requested an external review of your translation. Extensive precautions are taken to ensure that no unauthorised persons can gain access to your confidential information, directly or indirectly, in writing, verbally or digitally.

Rhian Translates complies with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The following personal client information will be stored: name, company/organisation, VAT number, full address, telephone number. Your IP address will be logged for statistics purposes.

As a customer, you have the right to request copies of any personal information stored by Rhian Translates. Additionally, you may request changes or deletion of this information at any time.

Upon request, a Standard Agreement will be issued prior to a project’s start.
